Fangda Partners Represents Envision Group in its Launching Joint Venture with PIF and Vision Industries

Envision Group, one of the “2024 TIME100 Most Influential Companies” and a long-term client of Fangda, announced on July 16, 2024, that it has launched a strategic joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Vision Industries. The collaboration will support Saudi Arabia’s goal of localizing 75% of renewable energy components by 2030, in line with the Saudi Ministry of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Program.
